Holiday Bowl

I am so disappointed that the Cal Football Team lost their game tonight. Texas Tech beat them in every way. The Cal defense just didn't know how to adjust to the spread offense, and with hardly any pass rush, were beaten on nearly every play. The Cal offense didn't sustain long drives and frequently had to punt after three plays. That forced the defense to come back onto the field too soon. But, then again, Texas Tech was just the better team tonight. Cal's defense hadn't given up more than 28 points in a game. Now the critics are saying maybe the BCS was right in sending Texas to the Rose Bowl instead of Cal. Well, I can hope that Texas plays badly on Saturday.
